Damn, I didn't realize that tickets would be so expensive. That being said, I would encourage anyone with the means to go for it. I was able to go in 2001 at Indy, and it was by far the coolest motorsports event I've ever experienced. IRL, Nascar, AMA Superbike didn't come close.

I was lucky to get free passes to the ESPN suite for that race, but I spent 90% of the weekend on the "grassy knoll" since it is a much better place to watch the action. If I do make this one, it will be in the cheap seats.

I'll pay $300 for grass if it's for whole race weekend.

I couldn't agree with you more. I went every year and it is such an amazing spectacle. I went to the Indpls 500 and Brickyard every year I was there too and I have to say, each has it's own draw and all were VERY fun but F1 and it's raw power and speed is literally second to NONE.

You better believe I'll pay $300 for grass seats if it's a weekend pass and I won't think twice about it.

If that price is for a weekend pass then that's an entirely fair price, especially with how much there is to see/do at an F1 race. It's a little absurd if that price is just for race day, but I'm not about to parade around like I'm not going to jump on that the moment they go on sale.

I hope I didn't read it wrong but, I was under the impression that those are season ticket prices. They are planning on having several races there a year from different series.

Tickets prices for upcoming F1 Race in Canada this year. It will be interesting to see how these compare to the Austin Race next year.

                        Cheapest is General Admission (USD)
                        Friday Pass for $46.68
                        Saturday is $73.82,
                        Sunday is $102.03

The Weekend Grandstand passes range from $286 to $590.

If you are a high roller, the Paddock Club costs $4361 for a Sat/Sun Pass and $4768 for a Weekend Pass (Fri-Sat-Sun).
All prices w/o local Canadian taxes

Don't know when there will be an actual race but I just realized I only live 13 miles from where the track is supposed to be.
