If you are placing an ad selling an item, and leave ways of people to contact you, answer the shit when they do. If you request an email, answer them, at least with a "it's sold". If by phone or text and you take the message, call back.

If you have sold the damn item, delete the ad, and don't bitch to someone when the call asking if it is available.

"I sold that damn thing four days and assholes are still calling about it..."

"Well yeah, you stupid old fucker, they will until you take the ad down."

I like when they post an item for sale in all caps, so I text them In all caps the whole time.
