Szechwan Pavilion off of buckner and garland is pretty good

during off hours it is a normal restaurant but during lunch and dinner it's buffet. they dont have a huge selection like most chinese buffets but what they do have is pretty damn good IMO

I stand by my statement, Chinese food in DFW sucks ass. The best I have found is in Vancouver, BC. Behind that is NYC and LA. Eat outside of DFW and you'll understand where I'm coming from.

Western Lake in Vancover is fucking awesome, I could eat dim sum there every day of the week.

Buffets do not even classify as real Chinese food.

I know what you're saying, the Asian food in DFW is not awesome by any means, but there is some decent stuff. First Chinese BBQ is decent, but there are several places I go with my wife that is much more authentic, flavorful, and much cheaper.

I love Panda Express for what it is. I'd rather go there than a buffet, and honestly, it beats a lot of Chinese places around IMO.

I eat outside DFW all the time, but Chinese isn't something I seek out often. When I travel, I like to eat things that are staples of that region. Like scrapple in PA, seafood on coastal cities, creole in Louisiana, etc. I'll have to try some Chinese elsewhere sometime.

Great Wall in Plano and Frisco is pretty decent. I like Dragon Wok in Addison and it's only $6.25 during the week for lunch. I like to go in there and dominate every once in a while.
