Just because you go to jail does not turn you into a homo. Most inmates rub it out in the shower or toilet stall in the commons area FYIHow do we forget ourselves? How do we forget our minds?

Think what you like, say what you want but the only one who should have remained quiet is the one who is not in my shoes...and yet they are assuming and judging...Originally posted by Sean88gtYou can take white off the list. AND...this will not go on my record....
Call Jim Lollar if you like to verify seeing as most of you on here says this will not happen....

Surcharges is what got me. Beyond DWI cases, I didn't know surcharges existed. Let me clarify, since you like to say I'm always crying about the cops. My bitch isn't with the cops. it's having to pay a fine twice. Either way, I took my lumps, forked over an absurd amount of money, and am going about my merry way. 'twas a rather expensive way to learn about the surcharge program though. I'd have rather just learned about it by the state sending me a bill in the mail, rather than a Trooper asking me "Were you aware your license was suspended?". Oh well. It's only money.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

A: This is just plain stupid but maybe they are trying to prolong the warrant being issued?
A2: if you lack the total amount you can work with them to spread it out. It's like people that buy cars or tv's they can't afford who seek financing to spread it out. But that is just craziness! Not having the full amount and sticking your head up your ass doesn't make things go away and only makes that foot that the law intends to stuff up your keister that much larger.

Regarding not knowing about license suspension or ticket dismissal errors, wouldn't your auto insurance carrier let you know in short order that something was amiss when your policy renewal comes up?

Tickets? I've never outright pled guilty and paid the fine for any ticket in Texas. Always had them dismissed through defensive driving or deferred adjudication, along with payment of the associated fees of course. I call it taking care of business.

As for the auto insurance - you'd think so, but in my case, that never happened. I mean, it's really not their responsibility and i dont fault them one bit. This was all on me. However, I'd have thought they run a check each time you are up for renewal. And hell, maybe they did. But they didn't notify me of anything (not that I expect a notice). I'd have thought they would have cancelled my policy on the spot. Go figure.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.
