All original? IMO, if it doesn't have the same tires that it came with off the showroom floor, it's not a collectable. Bought my 87' GT with less mileage, 100% stock, back in '01. Don't get me wrong, '93 cobras are badass, but the mileage seems too high. I say enjoy the car. It's only 1 in of...what...6,000 or so?

I’m not saying it's rare or anything!!! The car hardly gets driven so I figured I’d save a few bucks by getting collector car insurance. Hell $170 a year sure beats what I’m paying now for a 6 month policy (6 months = $330)

I've never looked into "collector car" insurance. Didn't realise it was so cheap.

I've got Hagerty on my car, very professional, but never had a claim so don't know about that part.

I hardly drive my '85 and '00 Mustangs and my '01 Vette. Juggzy got me agreed value collector car insurance for $600/year for all of them. I think the total agreed value was around $35k and my limit is 3000 miles a year on each but they have different mileage policies to fit your needs. I think mine is through American Modern Insurance but can't remember for sure.
