I dont want to say the cartel isnt that dumb....but honestly, I dont think that is something they would do. The very last thing they want/need is the US to be involved in shutting them down in Mexico. Look at what happened when the US agent got killed in Mexico...the cartel killed the two guys that were responsible and left them out so everyone could know that the people responsible were dead. They dont want the US anywhere near them.

LIBERTY COUNTY, Texas - Authorities in Texas said Tuesday as many as 30 bodies, possibly those of children, were found buried in a mass grave on a property near Houston, KPRC-TV reported.

Between 25 and 30 bodies were dug up at a house between the towns of Hardin and Daisetta, KPRC-TV reported, citing the Liberty County Sheriff's Office.

Another local station, KHOU-TV, reported the bodies were those of "dismembered children," citing an unnamed source.

Sheriff's deputies said they found blood on the scene, KHOU-TV reported. Local officials were still in the process of obtaining a search warrant for the property, according to multiple reports.

The FBI was called to the scene to investigate.

The towns are about 50 miles northeast of Houston.
