I have the Big Easy infrared deep fryer. It amazing, I like it better than the oil deep fryer since you don't have to worry about messing with all the oil and what not. I deep fried 2 Turkeys on Sat.

its not fried unless its cooked in oil IMO. probably alot healthier though

So how does it taste? Does it dry it out? How long to not fry one? So yours runs off propane, I thought they were electric.

They are drier , you could brine it and that might help ...
