Long story short, I found some guy's wallet, no phone numbers in it, searching his name only shows there is an unlisted number. Looking up the address on the DL only shows a rural field.

Whatever you do, don't turn it in to the Dallas police.
You could call the number on the back of one of the credit cards and tell them that you found this persons card and you would like to contact them to return it.
