Haha yea. Unfortunatly we are working harder since their not hiring due to budget, and we are short on manpower.Originally posted by scootro View Postdoes that mean your allowed to work slower when their house burns down? damn savages!"You don't so much drive it, more like poke it with a sharp stick and channel the fury when you piss it off."

 Things to get rid of:

 [x] expensive girlfriends
 [x] gas guzzling flashy transportation
 [x] eating out

 Things to keep

[x] simple transportation (like that 1997 truck I found for my son)
 [x] guns
[x] house (place to keep said guns)

A house is an investment and you can write off the interest. As far as the guns go, every time I've sold one, I've regretted it. Never sell your guns.

man, we aren't far off of that...Originally posted by 01yz2nv View PostAny of you DFW ballers wanna buy everything I own?

Sometimes I just wanna sell everything and live out of a 80's winnebago behind my work for a couple years.

we found a cheap little place that we'll have paid off in 4yrs max. hopefully more like 1-2yrs. we honestly thought about a nice class A or a 5th wheel parked in a steel building, but they're just a little too small inside for full time living (at least on our budget, if we had $250,000 to drop on an RV, we wouldn't be dropping it on a RV!)

moving from a large place to a small place has us getting rid of a LOT of stuff... and getting rid of that stuff makes us realize how much MORE stuff we can get rid of!

I've been selling stuff left and right. Sold both my fox bodies the past couple weekends. We're going to trim down to only the things we need.

Its tough, I know what its like being broke. Few years ago I was so broke after a paycheck my bank account would still be negative. The only real answers are decreasing your bills or increasing your income. Sounds like you're doing the responsible thing and paying down credit cards so that will help a lot. Can you get a part time job? Or are you one of those poor guys working 9 jobs already?2012 mustang gt. 3.31 MT

Yes more income helps, but the reason 90% of mid to low income house holds have money problems is not because of their income. It is because they do a piss poor job at managing their current income. The ones who always differ to more money as the problem are wrong. You give them more money and they will have more bills, debt, and other shit they don't need.

It is easy for anyone ot have money, the choice is up to the individual though. What is more important? Do you need that or do you want that? If you have money problems you shouldn't be in the WANT category more than the need.Originally posted by Cmarsh93zDon't Fuck with DFWmustangs...the most powerfull gang I have ever been a member of.

I am not sure if you're last two comments were serious or not but it is the god honest truth. It is amazing at how little people know about money. I guess I can thank my grandfather for that.Originally posted by Denny View PostMo money mo problemsOriginally posted by Cmarsh93zDon't Fuck with DFWmustangs...the most powerfull gang I have ever been a member of.

That is an example but this concept applies to everyone. It is sort of like the people you know who say they want to win the lottery but never play.Originally posted by Denny View PostActually, I totally agree with you.
