Get a good attorney and fight it. Anyone worth their weight in salt can usually get the ticket knocked down at least, if not, get you off of it. I don't know where you are, but I recommend Randall Scott (972-264-4000) if you're in the DFW area.

We are currently experiencing the wonderful Haltom City Municipal Court run around. She has gone 3 times meaning she has had to take 3 days off work without pay.

Her next court date is in January.

I got a speeding ticket on my bike today, and i couldn't see the cops car, because it was backed up on a side street where you couldnt see it. He was hiding behind a telephone pole on the main road with a radar

I may have raised my voice a little when I replied " What the Fuck is the point... I'll just have to miss another day of work to argue with you bastards... and STILL have to pay the fucking ticket" I dont know why they responded so negatively to my question???

Dont mean to be a dick dude, but cops can use evasive tactics unfortunately. If they didnt they would never catch anyone.

Your kidding right? I have had people oblivious to the world just fly by me in a squad, run red lights in front of me, etc etc. There is plenty of dumbasses out there that there is really no reason to hide.

<--FYI does not right speeding tickets very often as I was not the poster child for safe driving as a child. I will stop you and visit but 99 percent of the time its a verbal warning.
