            Haverty's

Go talk to the black guy named Al at the Arlington store behind Best Buy, he is the only furniture salesman I've ever met and actually wanted to buy something from. I bought my Dinning room table there while I was in town for a Ranger's game last year and they delivered it to Midland. They also don't have a BS month or more wait time like Ashley's.

Ashley's is a lot of cheap crap. Rooms to Go is hit or miss...we bought a really nice sectional from them about 5 years ago, but when we went in more recently for some stuff for our daughrter we found a lot of their stuff to be pretty cheap/crappy quality.

We looked around at a lot of places and ended up buying from Adams right out here close to the house. Individually owned, not a chain, really good folks to deal with, and they carry some really quality stuff.

X2. It's not over board on the ornate stuff and it's solid when put together.

It might help to tell everyone your budget.

Most of our stuff came from Haverty's or Thomasville.

No one needs to know my budget. Clearly if I want to buy living room and bedroom furniture, it won't be cheap. Just wanted opinions on place people have shopped at.
