Renting your house.

My wives commute is 100 miles a day. we are thinking about renting our house out and renting one closer to her job. my commute would be close to the same as it is now. we figured we would try it for a year and see how we like it. anyone ever done anything like this? or even have experience dealing with tenants?

back on track.. i rented 2 houses... bad mistake... i dont recomend it if you ever want to live in the house again. if it soley to be a rental house, then your good
