short story, i break up a fight between 2 girls, while im walking one girl out so she doesnt get hit again, cop starts yelling at me and tackles me. 1st time being arested, i was never given a chance to tell him what was going on and never read my Miranda rights....i was drunk i admit, but wasnt the reason the cops were called.

        Lol

I don't know, this guy lloked like he was looking for trouble, I was simply just giving him his chance for trouble. I had 2 buddies that saw the whole thing go down, they just laughed at him for trying to be a hot shot. I was gonna wreck that dude.

Nope, just amused at your IQ of 20. Talking to you would be like talking to my 2 year old nephew.

What are you talking about? Not even talking to you. Was talking to the moron that every post he ever makes is a ftp. I guess I have pulled you over before though. Were you about 400lbs and smell like funyuns?

the police dont give a fuck about you. your drunk in public and somehow in the middle of a cat fight. probably told you to shut your drunkass up you refused so they put you in a tank. your complaint will likely just get thrown in the stack with the rest. drunk girls can be fun but sometimes not so much

I haven't Treadheaded anyone on here that I know of!

To the OP....Miranda rights are not needed for a P/I arrest.

Never really chimed in on the FTP threads.. BUT.. If someone thought they were treated unfairly, (and had 21 years without getting arrested) who was a law abiding citizen... I think they have every right and should file a complaint.

Lol no no no no. You guys aren't even getting what I was saying. I am not talking about the OP. Talking to the guy saying police protect their own yada yada. He always makes ftp posts is what I was stating. If someone believes they were violated, then by all means they should complain.
