The best advice is not to drive drunk. If you get caught driving drunk, don't blow, don't do a sobriety test, none of that shit, just let them take you to jail.

Everything you do after the stop will be used for their advantage, better to just shut up and let them try to prove you are guilty instead of just giving them what ever they want to use against you.

and the reason they'd rather you take your specimen at the station is cause your BAC peaks one hour AFTER you've stopped drinking. Might wanna think about that.

I know down here in SA, its no refusal on weekends and after May I hear its gonna be no refusal 7 days a week.....best advice don't drink and drive.

No its not. It's the same suspension sentence. It's stated clearly on the consent form.they ask you to sign. If you refuse, youre guilty. If you blow, you're guilty. Doesn't matter which one you do, you're going to get your license suspended either way.
