            6 months jail time. If you fight you can get probation up to 2 years, $3000 surcharge, suspension of license for 3 months, mandatory breathalyzer in vehicles, victim impact panel, AA, drug and alcohol program. All for 1st time offenders. In other words, your friend will have some time to think about his situation.

                  I have never known anyone to get jail time unless it is the 3rd case.

                        Blow or not cops can get a warrant for blood these days right? Tell him to lawyer the fuck up and get the best one he can afford who has great reccomendations.
