How's your holiday weekend going?

I'm not, really. Just a new dishwasher. The one here was awful, and we really wanted a nice one. I had a nice black fridge, oven, and microwave stored in my garage that I bought new at the last house. So, I bought a black dishwasher to match that set. With help from a handful of friends from here, I went ahead and swapped them all out. I'll swap them back when I leave and take my black set (including the new dishwasher) with me.

The last house was a purchase, but I have been in this rental 3 times as long. Might as well spruce up a few things. Everything I do can and will be changed back so I can take the good stuff with me.

Had a great weekend. End result = sunburnt and exhausted. Saturday we took care of the "errands" of the weekend. Sunday we worked on the farm and mowed a lot of pasture. Monday we had some friends come over with dirtbikes and rode all afternoon and then had a cook out.

Mine did not go so well....Had my Powerstroke F250 stolen Friday night in from Arlington...thank god Hurst PD found it Saturday afternoon before the chopped it up...had to pay $185 to get it out of the pound... Wish I would have found it my self...
