the rx7 runs great, idles fine, starts up everytime

this car has never overheated or stalled out etc...

has all interior except radio and bose rear box unit

In general mods that make the car unable to pass emission will hurt the value of the car. I notice that you have a Power FC on the car but you didn't mention what kind of port work has been done. With the Power FC a good tuner can get it to pass a sniff test if the porting is stock and you have a RP converter on the car; by the way the cat doesn't hurt the power output at all .

I notice that you said that the car is set to run 16psi and you also said that the engine is perfect. The 2 don't go together for long on the street unless the tune is pathetically weak or you stick to running race gas. Who did the work on the car?
