I just test rode one of these last week, very slow and lazy feeling. Reminded me of riding a cruiser back in the old bmx days I will stick to my old school 26" rims for now.

can someone explain what a 29er is?

I don't remember, I think it was 10$ a bike or something a few years ago. Not sure if that has changed.
