If I were able to find something here that would pay me decent I would stay, otherwise I'm going where the money goes and making the best decision for my career and my daughter.
The job maybe the same amount of money, but the last I checked on things (1.5-2 years ago) the cost of living in Houston is a fair amount lower. So, you maybe able to do more with the money you have.

    Are they pay relocation costs?

It is interesting that he came to you. I have never heard of the interviewer going to another city to see the interviewee.

Congrats!! Enjoy the fine smells of Houston.

The office currently is in the Woodlands but they will be moving to the Bank of America Building in downtown, of Louisiana Street at the first of the year. I'm trying to find something that is in between and not ghetto with good schools and little traffic, any suggestions? LOL

I had a VP come in from another state to talk/interview with me, twice. Solid barg.
