I honestly did not see myself going anywhere with my current employer. The new management and the way things were starting to run, I did not agree with and just did not make it worth leaving my family for. This job is the same amount of money and I know the management and the opportunities for advancement are much greater.

If I were able to find something here that would pay me decent I would stay, otherwise I'm going where the money goes and making the best decision for my career and my daughter.

The job maybe the same amount of money, but the last I checked on things (1.5-2 years ago) the cost of living in Houston is a fair amount lower. So, you maybe able to do more with the money you have.

The office currently is in the Woodlands but they will be moving to the Bank of America Building in downtown, of Louisiana Street at the first of the year. I'm trying to find something that is in between and not ghetto with good schools and little traffic, any suggestions? LOL
