I need a plate ran on a 99 Saturn that I am getting from my neighbor. He bought the car from a mechanic shop that was supposed to put a mechanic lean on it and never did. He gave the title back to them and they said they would fix it. Well my neighbor never followed up with it and now the shop is out of business. He does have a bill of sale from the shop but does not have a title now. He does not care what happens to the car now and said if I could get the title situated I can have the car. I want to find the owner of the car and offer them $$ to file a lost title and then sign the car over to me. Here is the plate # GTK 379 Texas plate.
