Little Rock, serious? I understand Memphis and St Louis though, I took a detour in St. Louis once and was glad to be packing. I've never felt unsafe anywhere I've been in Little Rock.
They just go off the Uniformed Crime Reporting. All of the REAL gangsta cities don't get caught. Notice you never see Martha's Vineyard on there?
