Anyone work at a Mini dealership?

Woman is looking at trading her Mini Cooper S for the new SUV. We were at Moritz last weekend getting the oil changed and the salesman over there was an idiot and the used car manager dumped $17-18k trade in without even looking at the car. Carmax offered $20k today. Would be nice to save the tax difference. We bought the car from Chris (Pro88lx) for $21k
