I know, most of the books in my original post read more like fiction than history. I assume that why he is tired of reading non fiction history is because most of them read like shit.

I love history it's just sucked not having time to read some good fiction over the last 2 years. I'm probably going to start slaughter house 5 finally, its been waiting on my desk awhile.
