It's literally a dry line. The air masses from the SW part of the country where it's usually dry pass over and replace the humid air from the gulf. No moisture in the air means no more storms. It will back up overnight and we'll start all over again tomorrow.

As soon as I left the office it started raining in dwg. I drove off and forgot to lock the door. Turn back around and as soon as I step out of my truck it starts hailing. I'm getting pelted by hail as I'm trying to lock the damn door. I'm getting freaked out because I start hearing the bangs get louder and louder. I got hit in the head by a quarter sized one that fucking hurt like shit.

Yeah, it was too late to save the truck. Don't risk your life to save property like that. Hail that size probably wouldn't be fatal but if the average size is golf ball there are probably some baseball sized stones in the mix and that'll fracture your skull.

im wondering what is the damage like at in grapevine. Mainly where 360 and 121 merge cause thats about where I work at. I usually hang out at a bar near my work and once that storm in Parker County around 7 was a tornado warning I went south to SGP. Wasnt really that bad here luckly, a little rain and it only hailed for about 5 mins and it was the size of pennies.

I cant remember a time we we're under the gun for several hours by several storms. I must say the prediction department for todays storms were spot on. I think we are about done once that line of storms passes the DFW.
