You have to meet the criteria and I believe it's either a certain amount of $$ per month that you spend on your bill or the length of time you've been a customer or something, but yeah, we all get upgraded every year.

oh, ok. it's three of yall on your plan so I doubt I qualify for that. I'm the only one on my plan. my wife's company provides her with a phone and they just upgraded her to the EVO and the Everything plan so it wouldn't do any good to add her to my account now.
