BTW, the Speck Candy Shell case @ ATT is a good case but their "screen protectors" are a scam. Go to Rat Shack and get a Zagg w/ lifetime warranty.

Absolutely. It's truly made strides in the customer service dept. if you ask me. I've had them for over 10 years so I have dealt with them plenty of times. I get an upgrade every year, insurance on the phone and very rarely ever have connection issues.

Not worried about customer service. They're just notorious for having connection issues. When I lived in San Marcos a few years ago two of my roommates with sprint couldn't be inside and make phone calls.

Don't charge it right away, let the battery die completely, try to turn it on a few times, then charge it to full. Do a few full cycles and it'll be fine.

That's not bad on the stock rom, especially if you're toyin with it a lot. The battery is a 1250Mah battery and the phone has a massive display, it's gonna use battery quicker than a "dumb phone".
