facetime is iphone only but you are correct, it cannot do video confrencing.

That is a deal killer for me too though, I got the inspire and infuse mixed up. I would like to check out the new infuse but Ill wait till its cheaper.

Hmm.. I've been eligable since July 2010, just couldnt commit to a new phone. I dont think I'm ready for touch screen though. I need a damn full keyboard. I'd also be worried about bestbuy fucking something up with an upgrade. Example, I believe if you lose you unlimited internet you cannot ever get it back (you'd have to pick either above or below 20K a month or something..)?

Btw and you may have already known this but, according to the employee I spoke to @att yesterday, LTE will be deployed in November.

I'm still on the standard 3G if it's any consolation. The Inspire is tempting, a girl at work just got one and let me play with it and it's got some nice features. I will probably wait until the new iPhone comes out though for ease of transfer.

I thought the same thing, which is why when I switch from a BB I went with the Droid that slid with the full keyboard underneath, but after using the touch screen I never slid the thing open to use the real key board anymore and found myself wishing I had gone with a straight touchscreen phone.

If it still works, who cares? I'm on an old 3G and it's a bit glitchy, but not enough to go spend a couple hundred bucks on a new phone. Worrying about always having the latest and greatest is something women do.
