It is a moot point, I agree with that. I just say that he won the lottery fair and square, I just think it is absurd that anyone in this country owes a 40% tax on their income, no matter how much they make or where it came from.

I would take all the food stamps I could get, fuck it. The taxes on a $2 million lottery win would be about $1.2M. Hopefully my freeloading would shed a light on what is wrong with this country.

When I am an old fuck I fully plan on taking my social security check (if Social Security even exists) and handing it over to my grandkids every month, why wouldn't I? It is their money anyway. I'll be worth millions by that point but you know what, fuck people for not insisting on change.

Though the food stamp program is federal and states must follow U.S. guidelines, states sometimes request waivers of rules. Michigan was granted a waiver recently to stop college students from qualifying for food stamps.

Now that kinda sucks, as some students that are paying their own way through college or getting grants can barely make it, I was one of them. I lived off ramen noodles and white rice for a fucking year.

This is what I was about to post. If anyone deserves foodstamps it's college students. They are actually working on becoming self dependent, but could use as much help as possible to make it there. It's almost impossible to work full time while going to school full time, and then they're going to have a ton of school bills to pay for once they are out. By going to school they are most likely going to end up in a decent job, paying their share of taxes for the rest of their lives. They should have the right to get free groceries for a couple years, before some lazy bastard who will be on food stamps for the rest of their life.
