i do all the laundry in my house... if warm water is selected, it fills with cold and intermittent burst of hot to get the wash tub filled with "warm" water.

No. It's some lady my wife calls Lupita. She comes and cleansd and washes and gardens. She only takes cash and is always nervious when an unmarked van drives up the street.
