I do have a problem with a cop ripping apart my car, while telling me not to watch. It's a metaphor - The right to unlawful search and seizure is the "helmet" and not having your door kicked by the cop with his fingers crossed that he'll find something is the "motorcycle accident".
Saying you have the same chances of the cops kicking in your door is the same as getting in a motorcycle accident is ludicrous. If you believe that it is, you have a serious mental deficiency, or you are a drug supporter.
