Best place to buy Christmas Lights?

If you can stand the people long enough....Big Lots. I haven't priced lights at Wal-Mart this year, but I just bought ours while we were at Big Lots, because they have 8 foot inflatables for $25 and I bought a set of 3 deer (1 animated) for $36. Garden Ridge I snagged a few things, but they sure were proud of those wire deer!
