you guys can recommend any places to visit? Any place close like the Abbey in Canterbury? Or the Cliffs of Dover.

British museum - This is a must. Killer exhibits and free
Tower of London - also awesome
Imperial war museum - Pretty damn cool and free
Big Ben
Stonehendge is kinda cool, but way out there
Bath is further away but has roman baths and is a pretty cool town.

Word of advice. Watch for pick pockets. I had my wallet lifted and didn't have a clue, luckily they only got 20 pounds at the time. The food over there is kinda bland, but they have some kick ass Italian.

stonehenge or you will regret not going after being so close. by far the coolest place ive been and the train there ( about an hr) was cool in itself. it stops in salisbury and you can check out the cathedral while there
