Texas doesn't take in Cuban defectors, only Mexicans.

Speaking of cuban defectors, i'm cuban. Lol. But yeah, like was mentioned earlier good cuban food is gonna be hard to find in Texas. Cuco's in NRH is alright but far from great.

By all means if you've got the lead on anything better share it cubano, I love me some cafe con leche and cuban sandwiches.

Carribean Cafe is pretty good shit. Kinda in a shitty part of town but it's good stuff. At least the best I've found in Dallas.

                      Blasphemy!

Try the Cuba Libre at Knox/Henderson, Bobby. I haven't eaten there yet, but I've heard good things.

I really have nothing to recommend, when my parents lived here my mom would cook some amazing cuban food, but as far as restaurants go, do not know of any that I would feel comfortable recommending.
