Oh yeah. However, much better than a year ago. I talked to a Fund buddy the other night who is graduating MBA/Fund next week... our MBA job-rate by graduation date is back up over 80%. The long-term average is about 95%, but the rate for my class was 48% a year ago.

Let me know where she lands, and if you (or she) have any questions about potential offers/roles and job duties/prospects.

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

Congrats Alex. You can no longer claim "student" but instead be proud to be "Educated and Unemployed".

Congrats man. I walked yesterday at UT Tyler (B.S.E.E.) and I'm so glad its all done. After 6 years in the AF, and another 2 as a contractor, going back to school full time sucked ass.

Congrats to you all. I think the key is to remember you're not entitled to anything. Honestly from what I can see (generally speaking) degrees pay off about 8-12 years after you're employed with one. Unless a specific job that requires a degree. (Teaching, right?)

The skies are the limits though, no ceilings - it's all up to you and politics (which are partially up to you as well). Good luck.
