I Need a recommendation for a good steak house that is conducive to profession discussion. Basically a business meeting/dinner.

There will be eight peoeple attending and they are staying at the Anatole in Dallas , so some place close to the hotel would be great.

Bob's was my first thought, but it can get kind of noisy in there.

nice choice on pappas, just throwing this out there but the place at perrys is great imo.
