I think they are ugly, so personally I would pay more for a newer fox. The likely hood of me ever owning a fox is pretty slim anyways, not that I don't like any of them, just a lot of other cars I would rather have.

I don't see them more or less all things being equal. Just depends on what the buyer wants.

If they're both really nice I would expect them to be the same. If they are both stock beat old pos's I would expect the aero cars to be worth more.

Only the 85/86GT's would be desirable in stock form IMO.

When I went to buy the green car, I had a pocket full of $100 bills and had pretty much made up my mind I was driving it home. I wanted to drive it at least around the block to make sure it was what it was advertised to be. As soon as I got on it the first time, that was all I needed. Went back to the dude's house, whipped out stacks of hundreds and started counting.

I'm just saying all of that because not EVERYONE is a "low ballin', tire kickin', joy-rider.

                    This.

Seriously, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you have 2 identically nice Foxes, one a 4-eye, and the other an 87+, it all depends on the likes of the buyer.

At this point, I'm having a hard time believing that. With this Cobra, I've had to deal with A LOT of dreamers and wannabe test pilots. I probably get 10 emails/Pm's a day on this car, tons of lame trade offers and people wanting to lowball like crazy. Someone will eventually get it, I have no doubt. It's just the people in between can be abit annoying.

Honestly, if a deal presents itself, I can be a lowballer. If it's a car I want and find the right one, I may haggle a little, but I'll just buy the damn thing.

I think its all about the right car and the right person . I like the 87 up cars but I hate the gt's and the dash . That said everyone knows I'm a 4-eye guy so they will always be worth more to me . I have had them all and just prefer the 86 back cars .

A bone stock 87-93 vs. 85-86, the 87-93 seems to bring more $. The EFI 86 brings more than the carb'd 79-85. I prefer the 4eye car over any year but that's just me.
