if all goes well, we're going under contract this evening on our first property... we signed everything a couple hours ago...

not asking for prayer because that just seems selfish, and throughout this entire NINE MONTH property hunt, I have stuck with the mantra of "if it's meant to be, it will be, and that everything will work out for the best"

BUT, that's easier said than done when you find something you really want! LOL I will say that everything that's fallen through has been for the best, and I wouldn't go back and change anything. We're really hoping this all goes through. It's been a fairly sleepless week thus far, so I'm going to be having a few drinks this evening. If you're doing the same (or not), we would sure appreciate any well-wishing/good vibrations you care to send this way!!
