my own "Thanks to Real Estate Nate" thread

I was going to post in another thread but thought it needed it's own. Nate recently helped me with buying my first house recently and I couldn't be happier. After several months of him showing us house after house I finally found a For Sale By Owner home. The seller didn't want anything to do with real estate agents for whatever reason but Nate still guided me through the process and offered help throughout.
