  • Just wanted to say thanks to real estate nate

I just bought my first house and nate made it very easy and painless. He made things very easy and we got it done very quickly as well. I did use one of the lenders he recommended (before I knew svt lurch was one) and craig closed the deal in about 3 weeks. I barley had to do anything. Any way thanks nate and I will have you over after I get all settled in.

    Congrats bro!

What did you decide to do with the sewer line?? I can still make that call and see if they knew anything about it.

Not that I can think of. There is a few grants out for public servants as long as family income is not to high.

This is the best one I know of at the moment: Good Neighbor Next Door, but you're limited to HUD owned properties. Otherwise just call the city where you're looking to buy and ask if they have anything specific.

PM the specifics of the loan (rate, purchase price, loan amount, FICO) and I'll add you to my watch list.
