It is the same way at Rosa's and Chick-Fil-A here, the drive-thru line will be crazy so I walk in get my food and leave while the fat asses are still sitting in their cars and moved maybe 3 spots.

the only redeeming quality about In and out is that their produce always seems to be very crisp and fresh. beyond that, it's just another quick-cooked thin tasteless fast food patty. Many, many better places to get a burger.
