    Where did you hear that? I have never heard your kidneys leak sugar and it is normal.

      In pregnancy, it's not abnormal. The renal threshold is typically lower in pregnancy. If the level of glucose in the urine is consistently high, it can be a marker for GD.

        thanks guys i will tell her to relax these next 3 months and just start to eat right and keep walking
