Figure out a big score (I'd say $20MM+), get it out of the country and be following closely behind under a new look/identity, etc. This would almost have to be planned before you ever went to work.

And have a homeless guy with matching dentals
That's some evil shit right there.

We are prosecuting 2 area managers in my region right now. One embezzled 100k and the one we just arrested Friday had embezzled 240k. Neither amount is enough to sustain you and both were caught fairly quick.

You must have an exit strategy and know when to cut bait and bail.

I wouldn't even contemplate it for less than 5 million and even then you must know you can never come back to the states.

Most people get too greedy and either stay in too long or get lazy

DAMN!! What bank do you work at? Definitely isn't mine.

If executed properly, billions. A wire only takes a matter of seconds, then have dispersion instructions to broadcast amounts everywhere.

We did this to a guy who stole a couple thousand worth of fuel on our company card in one weekend. Cops pretty much said there was nothing they could do unless he confessed, so we sent him a 1099 for value of the fuel.

A guy I used to work with at Baylor got busted for the same shit, the same dumb ass way. He got caught because he did it too quick, got too greedy. Paid cash for a Bently, Donzi, Lambo, $75k advanced payment for rent. Got 12 years for $1.9m. Some of my friends that still worked there said it was actually closer to $9m but Baylor did not claim the exact amount.

I would put money on 'tier 1' scores by the thieving ass bank manager.

                              Saying she has good credit?

I would bank just the opposite. She started stealing just a little to pay her bills because she was over extended, then started stealing a lot to keep up her "lifestyle" since she has already charged all her cards. Once she started stealing she stopped paying the cards....

Saying she has excellent credit. A lot of people with great credit are over extended and I'm sure she was too. Then the theft started and instead of getting things square she upped her lifestyle level.
