  • Reheating brisket

    I just got a whole brisket in the mail from Cooper's in Llano. It's not frozen, but it is cold. How long should I heat it up for? I'll be heating at 325 degrees.

    Direct or indirect heat, what weight?

      Electric oven, wrapped in foil. 5+ lbs.

        Bring it to room temp before cooking, then bring it to fork tender, should take 2ish hours.

            No worries, just make sure it comes to room temp or it won't heat evenly, and will end up dried out.
