I'd rock a rotation of excedrin migraine and ibuprofen every two hours, and try to remember what triggered it. If you can narrow the trigger down, you might be able to do something to counteract it.
just dont overdose... dont need liver/kidney problems
If this is a consistent problem, the OP needs to follow up with a neurologist.
Chilling out in a dark quiet room. Excedrin Migraine. The caffeine combined with the analgesic is what does the trick. That's why most people don't get tremendous relief from a Migraine with taking just Motrin or Aspirin.
I actually have a Rx for Relpax to take to abort a Migraine at the onset of an aura. They are no fun. I empathize with you.
Regular sleeping habits and identifying any food allergies is a good wait to get started addressing this. A Neurologist will usually have you keep a Headache diary to try and help pin point the catalyst for your Migraines. At least mine did.
