If it weren't my sons band competition at Sea World I'd cancel in a heartbeat! He worked so hard ALL year long to make honors band to qualify for this trip. I can't break his heart like that, although he probably won't say two words to me the whole trip.

Three weeks ago he officially discovered girls and hanging out with his buddies are way cooler than being seen with mom on school functions. I doubt he'd even notice if I were missing LOL!!!

I'm not sure about the 21st, but i will try. I have a sitter for this weekend because my actual birthday is next week. The following week I have a bachelorette party to attend. So 3 weeks in a row is not my thing. I will play it by ear, I normally dont get a sitter too often. It would be good to see everyone.
