Dating....Should I or should I not?

Kids aren't guinnea pigs, and I won't pull them in and out of relationships like that. I won't attempt to find something serious for that reason alone.
Good for you, this shown good character and great mothering skills. My hats off to you.
Some bachelors will stay away from single mothers, just too much baggage attached to the relationship. I have seem my brother go through hell raising two boys that were his wife's by her first marriage.
Age is another factor in getting back into the dating game. At my age (early 50's) I do not want anymore kids, so dating is sort of non-existent. I have finished raising my two boys (they live with me from the divorce) and now I am trying to amass my retirement monies. I do want companionship with another woman, but I am so busy with work and the boys that I have no time for a relationship. Besides in my age group I have met some pretty "wacky" women! Don't know what happens to the noodles at age 50 but dammmmm.
