So who are Mitchel Chapman and his wife? I suggest to anyone contemplating taking a CHL course to at least look at the credentials of your instructor. I prefer to have someone that knows wtf they're talking about, preferably prior LE. Anyone can go down to Austin and be licensed to teach the class. The way I look at it, why pay the money for someone who just has the license/certs to teach it, when you can pay the same and learn from someone that has a lot of experience dealing with practical application of it.
