That'd be a great system if tax payers had the option of using them for target practice. I don't have a problem with someone that's having a tough time of it accepting some public assistance for a little while as long as they pay it back. The leechers that haven't had a job in 3 years but had 4 kids in the mean time and get massive tax refunds, free health care, free food and section 8 housing need to be dealt with.

In nature the slow and lazy get eaten, in Liberal America they get slower and more lazy and the rest of the herd is forced to slow down to keep their pace. Eventually the lions are going to kill the entire herd.
