  • AT&T customer service

    I haven't been able to reach AT&T customer service all day, either the hold time was too long or the call disconnected.

    They decided to add a charge onto my bill that I need to dispute. They won't credit it via chat.

    Wish I would have been able to keep Time Warner, gotta love Apartments and their limitations.

    Worst customer service I have ever had to call in a long time.

          It's nice indeed to have no landline and no DSL, and therefore never have any need to contact AT&T "customer service".
